Update On Week 1

This week has been very busy but I have managed to complete most of my goals:

This week I have:

Made my 101 things to do list

Made some homemade bread, which went down very well with the family.

I have purchased a small greenhouse and spent nearly a whole days putting it up. I’m not the best when it comes to things like this but I did eventually manage to do it on my own.

I have posted on My 101 steps blog at least once this week but as yet I have not posted on other blogs therefore this goal is not quite done.

I have managed to de-clutter the living room and the room now looks twice the size it did before

I have set my monthly goals for August and it looks like I am going to have a very busy month.

My final job for this week is to put together a list for next week, however it will be limited as I am camping with the family next week.

Goals For January 2010

Happy New Year Everyone.  I have just embarked on a new challenge which is to turn £100 into £10,000 by the end of 2010 ( I am currently trying to decide whether to start a new blog for this one or add it on here.)

My goals for January are:

* Aim to get my Pet Sitting course work completed and get my qualification.
* Eat 5 portions of fruit and veg every day.
* Make a weekly entry on my animals blogs
* Declutter the bedroom - all money raised will go towards to the £10,000 challenge.
* Continue to work on growing my hair long again
* Update my monthly budgets to take into acount any changes and then stick to them
* Start work on revamping wardrobe - I will sell any unwanted clothing and footwear.
* Sort a cleaning schedule for the house and stick to it.
* Continue to spend time with my mum every week
* Continue to have at least an hours of me  time every day.
* Hopefully get back to horse riding and  30 minutes exercise every day - injury and doctor will have an  impact on this one.

Oh well that is all for now I will keep you all updated.

It's been so long .........

It has been a while since I have updated this I simply have been struggling for time. I am not to sure where to start but I guess I really should start off by telling everyone what goals I have achieved to date.

Goals achieved are:

* Spend some time every week with my mum
* List 20 items on ebay every day.
* Spend more time with my partner and son
* Spend at least an hour a day having me time
* Go horse riding at least once a week - I have not been for the last three week due to an  unrelated injury sustained over the festive period.
* Completely cut out take away meals - I have now not had a take away for 8 weeks and not really missing it.
* Complete the work that is laid out in my diary
* Get my son into some sort of routin, bedtime is now 8pm which mean I get time for myself and partner.
* I am managing to keep on top of the washing and ironing
* Get 30 minutes exercise every day - I was managing this but I am currently having to rest.
* I have visited a dentist and I am working on getting my teeth sorted.

The Past Few Weeks

The last few weeks have been pretty hectic therefore I have been struggling for time to post on the blog, however I have still been working on my challenges.

Over the last few weeks I have been busy doing work on both my Pet Sitting course and my Animal Care Degree. I have also completed two exams for the Animal Care degree and passed them with an "A" grade.

Despite being rather busy with studying over the last few weeks I have also managed to spend some time with my mum, partner and son.

Other challenges that I have been working on over the last few weeks include:
  • looking to increase the income (aiming for £2000 per month) - not far off at the moment
  • Getting a decent amount of sleep every night - managing this most nights
  • Getting debts cleared - slowly but surely getting there.
  • Make budgets and stick to them - pretty much done however unexpected car expenses changed it slightly.

Tomorrow I will spend sometime deciding on the smaller challenges for October so will post a plan for October once decided.
