The Past Few Weeks

The last few weeks have been pretty hectic therefore I have been struggling for time to post on the blog, however I have still been working on my challenges.

Over the last few weeks I have been busy doing work on both my Pet Sitting course and my Animal Care Degree. I have also completed two exams for the Animal Care degree and passed them with an "A" grade.

Despite being rather busy with studying over the last few weeks I have also managed to spend some time with my mum, partner and son.

Other challenges that I have been working on over the last few weeks include:
  • looking to increase the income (aiming for £2000 per month) - not far off at the moment
  • Getting a decent amount of sleep every night - managing this most nights
  • Getting debts cleared - slowly but surely getting there.
  • Make budgets and stick to them - pretty much done however unexpected car expenses changed it slightly.

Tomorrow I will spend sometime deciding on the smaller challenges for October so will post a plan for October once decided.

Day 5 and Day 6

I did not really get much done on day 5 as I was not feeling to well, feeling a bit better today although I have not got many of my challenges done as I have busy catching up on work.

Tomorrow Day 7 - I plan to evaluate where I am up to with all my challenges.

Day 4 Of The Challenge

Today I accompanied some more of my steps which were to post a daily entry on my 101 blog, get a decent amount of sleep the night before and also to get all the work done that is in my diary.

What Happened On My Second Day

Oh well my second day did not go to well I only manged to achieve two of my challenges which were to refrain from take aways and to get enough sleep.

I am doing well with refraining from takeaways as actually not had a take away for about two weeks.

I feel I will have to try harder to work with what is stated in my diary as this is still proving to be a bit of a problem. I will also have to get organised enough to enable me to post updates on my blogs on a daily basis.

Plans For My Second Day On This Challenge

Oh well tomorrow will be my second day on the challenge and I feel I have made a good start today. I start my animal care degree today so this will be one of my challenges started. Other steps that I will do today are:

  • Make daily entries on animal related blogs
  • Make daily entry on 101 challenge blog
  • Get a decent amount of sleep
  • Refrain from having take aways
  • Complete the work that is set out in my diary for today.

I think this will give me enough to concentrate on today as I will be in college all day.

My First Day

Today was a very productive day as I managed to achieve all the goals that I set for today.

  • I have made a start on catching up with my Pet Sitting course and scheduled the rest of the work that needs to be done.
  • I have planned the entries for my blog and scheduled it in my diary
  • I have updated networking sites and scheduled it in my diary to be done on a daily basis
  • I have telephoned my mum using my free calls and arranged to visit this week.
  • I attended the riding lesson with my son and booked lesson for next week
  • I have made all meals from things that were in the house therefore keeping to the no take away challenge.
  • I have organised my diary so that every day next week is actually manageable and I will stick to what is set out in the menu.
  • I have also successfully organised a cleaning schedule and put it in my diary so that it is done on a regular basis.

Small Steps

I have been thinking and I think the best way to acheive my steps is to take it a bit at a time.

My plans for today are:

  1. Make a start at catching up with my Pet Sitting course
  2. Plan entries to my animal blogs and put this in my diary so that it gets done on a daily basis
  3. Update networking sites and put this in my diary so that it gets done on a daily basis.
  4. Plan time with my mum for the coming week
  5. Attend my riding lesson and book a horse riding lesson for next week
  6. Continue to have no take away meals
  7. Make sure that every day in next weeks diary is manageable so that I can achieve the work on a daily basis. This is a very important one as I have work to do today as I am really bad for carrying work over and it never gets done.
  8. Organise a cleaning schedule and put it in my diary

I think this is everything that I will attempt to do today as it is my first day.

I have thought of something else that I will add to my list and that is to get a decent amount of sleep every night as this will be more important soon as I will be at college.
